If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you’ve probably found this to be one of the most troubling times in your life. This can be a confusing time when you may feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before. You don’t have to go through it alone.
The GriefShare leaders have experienced significant losses in their lives and are here to help you in your grief journey. GriefShare is a 13-week support program that will provide the resources you need to regain joy after loss.
Here is a snapshot of key themes found in each of the 13 GriefShare session videos.
- Is this Normal?
- Challenges of Grief.
- The Journey of Grief (two parts)
- Grief and Relationships.
- Why?
- Guilt and Anger.
- Complicating Factors.
- Stuck.
- Lesson of Grief (two parts)
- Heaven
- What Do I live for Now?
The GriefShare videos are professionally produced and feature interviews with grief recovery experts and real-life stories of people who have experienced the death of a loved one. The GriefShare curriculum is currently available in over 9,000 churches. After the video, the group has a facilitator lead discussion followed by prayer. The GriefShare workbook will be available at each session. You can learn more at www.griefshare.org/about or contact Denise Shamblin or John Babbitt.
